How It Works

The sliding scale is designed to accommodate a range of clients, from well-resourced institutions to grassroots organizations. Rates are determined based on the client’s organizational resources and the purpose of the work. When we discuss your project, we’ll determine a fair rate together within the ranges outlined below.

Rate Tiers

1. Equity Rate
   For equity-deserving groups, grassroots organizations, and unfunded initiatives. This tier is available to support those who might not otherwise access consulting, facilitation, or development services.

• Example Services: Workshops for grassroots organizers, mentorship for emerging leaders, small-scale curriculum design.

  • Rate: Starting at $75/hour or $500/project.

1. Mid-Rate
   For nonprofits, small businesses, and educational institutions with limited funding. This tier balances affordability with sustainability for both parties.

• Example Services: Professional development workshops, program review facilitation, applied research consulting.

  • Rate: Starting at $100/hour or $750/project.

1. Full Rate
   For larger institutions, government organizations, or corporate clients. This tier reflects the full value of my expertise and supports subsidizing work with underfunded groups.

• Example Services: Comprehensive curriculum design, large-scale facilitation, strategic consulting.

  • Rate: Starting at $150/hour or $1,500/project.
